Large Item Delivery Explained
In order to meet customer expectations, large items must be shipped properly and with care. For large items that are too large to be delivered using USPS, FedEx or UPS, we partner with freight carriers that focus on transportation of large items.
The Process:
- Select products will have Delivery Options available on the actual product page if large item delivery is required. These options will vary by item.
- The freight carrier will pick up the large item from the warehouse and we will notify you with tracking information.
- Your order will be shipped to a local delivery terminal in your area.
- Delivery Appointment will be scheduled. You will be contacted by the local terminal to arrange a date and appointment window for your order.
Large Item Delivery Options:
Unload Myself
This curbside delivery option is the most cost-effective option for customers who have a helping hand from friends or family. A delivery truck will pull up to the curb outside of your home during your delivery appointment window. At this point, you will be responsible for unloading the item(s) from the truck and anywhere beyond this point. Please note that Wall2Wall Furnishings is not responsible for injury or damage that may occur using this large item delivery method.
Standard Delivery - (This service also applies if there is no option to select delivery type of product page)
This delivery option is available for select large items that use standard ground delivery or a standard freight delivery. The customer will not be required to help unload, however this delivery option does not include inside delivery. The item will be delivered to the exterior only of the home or business. Please note that Wall2Wall Furnishings is not responsible for injury or damage that may occur using this large item delivery method.
Curbside Delivery (Delivery Company Unloads)
This curbside delivery option includes delivery of furniture to the curb in front or into the customer’s garage. The delivery professional will lower the item(s) from the truck to the curb. At this point, you will be responsible for moving the items anywhere beyond this point. Please note that Wall2Wall Furnishings is not responsible for injury or damage that may occur using this large item delivery method.
Threshold Delivery
Upgrade your delivery experience with Threshold Delivery! Not only will you receive your furniture right to your doorstep, but the delivery staff will also take it one step further and bring it directly into the first room available, saving you the hassle of navigating it through your home. White Glove Delivery

Light Assembly Delivery
Transform your home with ease and convenience. Our delivery option includes two flights of stairs, un-packaging, and debris removal, saving you time and effort. And for added peace of mind, we offer 30 minutes of assembly, ensuring your space is ready for use in no time.
